• Truss

  Truss in GYG elevators use a steel structure for welded structures designed to allow passengers to move safely. And to prevent corrosion, all load-bearing members of the truss consist of an open steel profile.

• Pallet

  The pallet is made of one-piece die-cast aluminum alloy with a close cleat designed to provide a secure foothold.

• Handrail

  The handrails are factory bonded in a continuous band design, and the materials used are made of vulcanized rubber with a multi-ply fabric core and steel cord reinforcement whose surface is smooth and undamaged for the entire life. Inner sliding surfaces use nylon webbing to minimize friction and wear.

• Drive Machine

  The motor is a three-phase SQUIRREL CAGE AC induction motor developed specifically for escalators, and the gear unit is a worm gear or helical gear type consisting of precision steel worm and bronze worm gear.

• Brake

  The brake is designed to automatically stop the moving walk whenever power is cut off, and to minimize wear and harsh braking, the control system monitors the speed of the chain and activates the brake when it comes to a complete stop.

• Highest safety

  In order to ensure the safety of all passengers, GYG elevators are committed to making the safest escalator in full compliance with major international standards and regulations.

• Automatic guidance system

  In particular, CD-quality voice announcements automatically broadcast guidance and warning messages to ensure a safe ride for passengers, including the visually impaired or disabled. (Optional)

• Auto start / stop

  Automatically detects approaching passengers and controls them to move only when needed, maximizing energy efficiency and equipment life.

• Motor energy control

  The motor energy controller constantly monitors the motor load conditions and regulates the power supply to the motor. Energy savings can be achieved by controlling motor energy at light or no load.

• Light

  To provide better lighting, you can use skirt guard and comb lighting on all escalators.

• Skirt dress guard

  To further enhance the safety of the passengers, the dress guards can be fitted to the skirt panels to keep the passengers away from the step gap and not to catch the dress or shoes.
